Printing Preview is good. The Print itself is bad

Hello.

I am trying to print out credit applications from a third party vendor. On the print preview page, it looks good. When I go to print, instead of opening the print dialogue window, I am being asked to open or save as an Acrobat Reader object. It will open in Adobe but the print preview from there is being smashed to about 5/3rds the page. All the information I need is in the print, but it is just really small.

This appears to be happening on all computers without the MeadCo ScriptX add-on in the browser. I have the resource installed, but the add-on it self seems to be the issue.

All the troubled systems are running I.E. 9 on Win 7 x64.

Thanks for any and all help.

I forgot to include this, but, how do I get the addon installed directly? Installing the resource kit did not seem to do the trick. Or, is there any other solutions?

HI Will

I replied to your first email enquiry, and sent you a duplicate of that reply by email today.

That should help, but if not our licensee will need to work with us on supporting your issue.

BTW

On the DOWNLOAD page we say this:

I've downloaded the ScriptX Client Resource Kit, now what?

First, install the Client Resource Kit. This will copy the freely re-redistributable binary components into a folder on your machine and a 'readme' file to get you started. The ScriptX software will not be installed ... see below for what to do next:
