I current have a client with a UFRII printer driver and when they go to print, the print screen comes up between 2-3 times then after the second or third time, the print screen stops appearing.  This is not the case with other clients having a PCL5 driver.  Why is this?  Clients with the UFRII driver cannot change to the PCL5 driver because their older Cannon printers cannot run it.

Have you checked out the performance of the driver from 'vanilla' IE without the use of ScriptX?

We leverage IE's print engine, so this will only be a ScriptX-related issue if IE prints consistently to that driver and we don't.
