We are currently utilizing ScriptX to assist with printing of labels with our Zebra printers. We have a PHP web application running with a server side license of ScriptX. To make the application easier for my users, I have setup an alias on the Domain
(example.mydomain.com.) When I attempt to connect to the PHP application to print (via the new address: http://example.mydomain.com/print/script), ScriptX generates an error dialog box.
"Unauthorized site, or invalid security zone."
When I connect to the site with the ip address (http://192.168.1.10/print/script) the ScriptX works without issue.
Can you please provide some advice on how to enable a DNS alias for use with the server?
