I am having a single user issue and would like to get some tips on how to fix it.
I use the script for quiet some time now without any major problems, but a user had some problems on a Vista PC with IE9.

So I have updated the script to the latest version which installed without any problem on the PC.
Now I am getting a error about "TemplateCallback" not beeing supported by the object.
Line: 501
Character; 5
URL; res://C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MEADCO~1\system\mcpx70u.dll/preview9.js

I can not seem to get it working, even after reinstalling the script.
Thanks in advantage!

 Please do this (EXACTLY, in full, no workarounds available):

 Log on to your 'problem' PC(s) with full local computer administrator privileges:

 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++

 **VITAL**: this will NOT work if you don't do this, or have someone else do it for you.

 Please do NOT proceed past this point without access to local admin privileges (i.e. someone must be logged on as a member of your PC's computer administrator user group. NOT 'domain' or 'virtual' or 'remote' or any other sort of admin, this must be *local*).

 If you are not the administrator for your machine you will need to contact your systems administrator for their help.

 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++

 ONLY THEN:

 Run this file:

   http://my.meadroid.com/scriptx/bits/7.0.0.8/scriptx.msi

 (Remember that you should right-click on the .msi file, choose 'Properties' and then on the 'General' tab click the 'UNBLOCK' button and then click 'OK' to allow the binaries to install correctly.)

 This will install the current release of ScriptX.

 Then clear your IE cache, navigate back to the ScriptX-enabled content you have been trying to work with and then try again.

 ****************

 ****************

 You may still see an error, but it will be a *different* error.

 In that case please feel free to contact us again.

Dear Jerry,

Thanks for your reply!

I have tried your solution but this did not work.
At first the installer gave me the options to repair or remove the software, I guess thats because the latest version was already installed.
Though I removed the software and reinstalled it with the installer you gave me.

Then I cleared the IE cache and tried printing again.
Unfortunately I got the same error message as before.

It is a PC using the Dutch language, but maybe you can get something out of it.

Any other tips are highly appreciated!

This problem has been solved.
The client did a system recovery to a few days back.
After that they updated to the latest version and printing starting working again.

Thanks for your support!

Good ... it had to be something like that, because mcpx70u.dll is NOT part of version 7.0.0.8.
