The organisation I work for uses ScriptX to print labels to Zebra label printers through Internet explorer.

We are intending to deploy kiosk style terminals that have the ability to print labels.  The OS is Windows Embedded Standard 7 and we use AppSense to configure user policy.

The PCs are quite locked down as they use generic userid's, and when we attempt to print a label we get the following error after a couple of minutes waiting :

"There has been a failure to open the reqeusted resource.
Access denied"

If you click ok, the message disappears and the label does print.       Anyone got any ideas as to what the resolution is?, I've unrestricted access to the C: drive but no joy.

Also a note of whether or not the same code works in 'vanilla' Windows.
