Hotfix Release 7.4.5.21 improves the behaviour in some further rare occurences of  printHtml() being unable to load content generated on the client browser.

It also fixes cases of being unable to change printer preferences when using PrintPDF with prompt enabled. In addition, the monochrome option can be used to specify monochrome printing when prompts is not enabled. Please note that not all printer drivers will honour this setting so please test that is works with your printers.
