Hotfix release 8.0.1

Hotfix Release 8.0.1 fixes some issues with printHtml(). It also fixes being unable to remove the PDF printing extension if ScriptX was removed first and there is a minor performance and stability improvement when printBackground is not used.

All files are now signed according to the latest signing standards.

As usual with hotfixes, you only need to upgrade to this release if you are affected by any of the listed issues. Licensees can download the full Resource Kit for this release from the My MeadCo portal.

There are no changes or improvements if you are making use of the free version of ScriptX.
