Introduction to Configuration and Testing

The initial verification after installation verifies that the ScriptX components and license are installed correctly by testing that they function correctly with the Interactive User.

Server side / Remote Printing is intended for use in a service, a web server or custom code running as a service. This section describes testing that the components are configured to work correctly in the service environment and provides tips on appropriate configuration.

To assist configuration we provide a validation kit with test and sample code in Classic ASP and ASP.NET (VB and C#) environments.

It is strongly recommended you obtain and install the kit. In combination with the configuration notes this should provide sufficient information to enable you to correctly configure ScriptX Server side / Remote Printing in your own environment.
